Watching the replay this morning. Third base coach is completely lost. He's awful

 

It's like me being asked to be a third base coach in church league when I hadn't been on the team a week.

So is it a problem that our players are ignoring the 3rd base coach? Or is it also one of those things that needs no accountability like the hitting coaches?
