You want to prattle on? I go out of my way to help people in my community. I say this not as a measure of grandeur, but to highlight the importance of community. Helping a neighbor with a simple chore brings a net positive.
Babbling and arguing over something stupid like the Garcia issue brings nothing but highlighting ones ignorance. No facts. Just one sided allegations.
You truly care about as much as you do for any given atrocity to any innocent person on this planet. Whuch is 0. It just gives you a chance to dunk on Trump.

    "Thoughtful consideration".

That would imply you are absorbing some form of content whether its in a video or text format.

What thoughtful considerations are there in sending US citizens to foreign labor camps that aren't under US Constitutional protections?

Do you have thoughtful consideration about whether 30 year old adult males should be allowed to have sexual relationships with 11 year olds?

Because both deserve an equal amount of "thoughtful consideration" which is none.

Still ignoring the argument that this is the administration testing waters on whether they can eventually get away with black bagging American citizen, sending them to CECOT and telling the public they are illegal and gang members and telling the Supreme Court that ordered return of said citizens that "its too late, its a foreign policy issue now".

Like the Bill of Rights that explicitly say that due process applies to all people within the US?

    "Why do we exist?"

    "Are we in a simulation?"

    "Does anything really matter?"

The last refuge of a man stripped of all his dignity because his world view and ideology is attached to this current clown show.

One is a novel legal issue that concerns questions of law that I am heretofore unfamiliar with and the other is a settled question of law I have already come to a position on.

Dems spent 100s of thousands to fly a puppet private to El Salvador for a virtue signal that no one bought when for a $1,000 they could have flown his wife to reunite with her husband and re start life in El Salvador.

The secret to a rich life is to have more beginnings than endings...

He claimed he couldn't go back because it was too dangerous before Bukele was elected.

Now it's the safest country in the Western Hemisphere. Hopefully for Garcia's sake the laws aren't too tough on wife beaters.

Dems keep pushing away the working class with this behavior --- prioritizing illegal gang members who loiter around HD parking lots without consistent employment over American citizens. Truly a clueless party of privilege.

I’ll address your words if you address mine. I’ll go first, but I expect you to reciprocate and respond to my earlier post.

Earlier, you asked me “How do you suggest we tackle illegal immigration …?” I responded that I don’t think there is a realistic way to do so, and I don’t think Trump has a real intention to do so. And I explained why.

Now, you state I would ignore the 10s of millions of violations of federal law. I will respond.

    - First, I do not have the power to deport all illegal immigrants.

    - But, if I were president and did have the power to address this issue, I would not deport all illegal immigrants. It would be irresponsible for me to collapse the agriculture and farming economies and hurt countless restaurants and the hospitality industry. I am responsible for upholding the law, but i have to be pragmatic on the corresponding impact on the country.

    - what I would do is quadruple or quintuple the resources to process asylum cases. People who should be granted assylum should be granted. Others should be sent back. Period full stop. Enforcement the border. More resources.

    - existing illegal immigrants - I’m open to ideas that do not cause more harm to the country than good. It would be nice and clean to have bright line enforcement of immigration laws and mass deportations, but it would also be idiotic.

    ***

Your turn. Address the points in my earlier post: do you actually think Trump intends to deport all illegal immigrants, or did he lie to you?

relatedly - if you could snap your fingers and deport all illegal immigrants, would you do so?

Is his wife going to assisiante President Bukelle to live this nice life in El Savlador?

You know how prisons work right? There is sentencing. Prisoners carry out said sentence and then are free and leave the prison.

CECOT has housed around 50,000 humans by now. Do you want to guess how many of those 50,000 have left CECOT after serving their sentence.

    It's a trick question....

if I mistook you for another poster, I apologize right now.

I remembered that you said you didn’t particularly care if due process was followed because it would deter people from coming into the country.

If I incorrectly attributed that to you, I really do apologize because it is a lousy thing to say who gives a crap about due process because it would deter others from coming into the country.

You admitting you are unfamiliar with basic civics? There are some people politically aligned with you who've stated that uninformed voters shouldn't be able to vote so maybe they are referring to people like you?

What considerations are you thinking off that are thoughtful in sending American citizens to a foreign concentration camp that has never had a human leave said camp alive that doesn't violate the "cruel and unusual" clause?

You haven't answered my question. It's a simple question. I don't need your excuses, reasoning or justifications. I didn't ask for them.

Would you ignore the 10s of millions of violations of our federal laws illegal immigrants have committed?

It appears you're saying yes once I dig through it.

    So, yes or no?

I have heretofore ignored your personal insults which you childishly desire to put in every post but at least for the time being I'm not going to respond if you're just going to lace every post with personal insults.

You can continue your left wing circle jerk with @Nook, @DaDakota and @Rileydog instead.

    Sure, I’ll prattle on.

You are mistaken. My point isn’t to dunk on Trump. It is to dunk on you.

You were asked if Trump was mistaken about this guy being a gang member, or he deported him on purpose knowing he was not. You are now seven posts into obfuscation and evasion. Now you are talking about community service. Next you will tell us how you were nice to your mom. It is hilarious,

What you won’t do is discuss the topic because you are an intellectual coward who feels this massive need to maintain this pathetic veneer of credibility.

Yes just like we ignore plenty of traffic violations. The worst immigration violation is illegal border crossing which is a misdemeanor trespassing violation. Being within the United States undocumented is a civil violation equivalent of traffic violations.

But hey if you are willing to send people to CECOT for going 5 over the speed limit, keep on putting a shining lime light on your psychopathy.

Ya... there's no argument here. Due process has long been done. And he knew it - which is why he didn't cross at an entry point.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia Documents | PDF | Ms 13 | Human Appearance

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, held the rank “Chequeo” and the street name “Chele” within the vicious criminal organization, newly released documents revealed.

US Attorney General Pam Bondi shared additional evidence Wednesday to support President Trump’s claims that Abrego Garcia is a member of the violent international gang – after cops found him socializing with confirmed MS-13 gangbangers at a Maryland Home Depot parking lot in March 2019.

Following the March 28 incident in Hyattsville, a past proven and reliable source told a Hyattsville City Police Department detective that Abrego Garcia is an active member of MS-13 with the Western cliques,

Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, applied for a protective order against her husband in 2021, saying he punched, scratched, grabbed and bruised her, according to court documents.

The alleged gangbanger’s wife argued that her husband’s alleged abuse “is not justification for ICE’s actions of abducting him and deporting him to a country where he was supposed to be protected from deportation.”

Won't somebody please think of the gangbangers and wife beaters!! He entered illegally, didn't cross at an entry point because of gang ties, that is a crime.

Wife files restraining order against him for violence - that is a crime.

America was nice enough to send him to his home country that is one of the safest places in the world now thanks to Bukele. Imagine focusing on actual citizens and the hardships they face.

These people understand that a defense of sending humans to a concertation camp without due process makes personal insults fair game towards said individual.

You can't shame me for personal insults because I know I'm insulting someone who is defending sending humans to concentration camps without due process.

good lord, I thought I answered your question with an A+ paper. But maybe it was too complicated for you. I’ll condense it. If I were President, no, I would not deport 10s of millions of illegal immigrants, not unless someone can explain to me how we can do that without cratering our economy. Is that “ignoring the 10s of millions of violations of federal laws illegal immigrants have committed?”. It’s not necesssarily ignoring it, because I would be giving it attention (the opposite of ignoring something). Is it letting all the illegals immigrants get away with violating federal laws illegal by being here illegally? Yes, I thought that was clear. And as I explained, that is necessary until someone can explain how we can deport all those folks without collapsing the economy.

If you find that satisfactory, answer my questions.

Would you snap your fingers and deport all illegal immigrants?

Do you believe Trump intends to deport all illegal immigrants?
