How easy is it for Garcia to prove a court adjudicated that he wasn't a member of ms13? The administration is ignoring adjudication that already determined Garcia isn't Ms13 member and the administration is still calling him a ms13 member. There is no ambiguity here. Two immigration courts used uncorroborated claims that Garcia was a MS13 leader, not just member, of Long Island's "branch". Immigration courts btw are not independent of the executive branch... They are rubber stampers for executive immigration policies and are not part of the federal court system. Those immigration courts used a report by a detective that used evidence that

1. He wore a Bulls Jersey

2. A nearby "informant" with incentive to not be charged with something said he believed Garcia was a leader of a ms13 gang in Long Island. Garcia has never stepped foot in Long Island once in his life.

3. The moment this was adjudicated outside the executive branch and in the federal court system, they found the evidence to be bunk and that he in fact escaped El Salvador as a kid because he was a witness and he can't go back to El Salvador because the federal court determined he is at risk of assassination in El Salvador from a gang.

4. The cop that wrote the false report got suspended for the false report and later fired.

This is all already has been adjudicated. It's all confirmed by the federal court system. The Trump administration is saying with a stone cold face he is still a part of MS13.

The Supreme Court...the head of a equal branch of government has directed the Executive to facilitate his return and they're refusing based on obviously false information. Mr. Garcia and his family are the victims. The administration is flouting the Constitution and doing it quite blatantly...even to the point that they're discussing how they can deport actual citizens sans due process.
