Damn you are dumb. I'm surprised you can write in complete sentences. Yes, mistakes happen in the criminal justice system. But this guy has been cleared in the legal system at every level, including a 9-0 decision in the Supreme Court. Yet, your fascist ass still wants to send him to the gulag because you'll defend your orange god even when he arbitrarily sends people to concentration camps without cause. Are you are too ****ing dumb to see the problem with this?
We don't want Trump to look bad. He's being a fascist and getting called out. You are licking the jack boot. Here a tip: The Jews who supported Hitler didn't avoid the concentration camps. You aren't a special El Salvadoran. Stephen Miller hates you too. Wake the **** up.

How would I feel if I found out that your father committed murder in El Salvador? It could have happened. We don't know. Better to send him to a concentration camp. This literally could have happened to your father if you were a little younger. You are a real piece of trash.

If we made exception for the "good El Salvadorans" then every one in the country would be asking for exceptions for their neighbor, their doctor, their lawn guy, their kids teacher, their lawyer friend, etc. Just have to get them all.

All the legal minds on twitter, reddit and this BBS who are theorizing or posting conspiracies about who this guy might REALLY be and why he was REALLY deported should STFU. It's literally all irrelevant. He could have raped and killed a million victims, but none of that has been charged or even ALLEGED in court. Legal facts are he was here LEGALLY and was deported "by mistake" without any hearing or due process. It's a slam dunk case that the executive doesn't have this authority and the Supreme Court has ruled it as such.

I don't know anything about this man and the concern I have is barely even about this person that I don't know, it's about the assertion that the POTUS (and by extension the executive branch) can deport anyone they want to a foreign nation's prison cells without trial or hearing and then say "sorry, no take backs" even when compelled by the courts. Defending this means you think he has the right to send anyone in the country to El Salvador on a whim with no repercussion. It's reprehensible.

And this administration will keep pushing and pushing and if no one stands up to them they will keep pushing. I also loved Pam Bondi during the circle jerk with the El Salvador Prez that he was classified by not one but 2 courts years ago........failing to come back and tell the truth of what happened after that. Every single appointee is an orange man a$$ kisser. Not one of them can tell the truth and then fox will parrot whatever they say to feed the sheep bad info.....................Rule 1 of being a dictator, control the narrative and control the press

    what is "npc programming"?

your obsession with lying about the dude and accusing others of playing politics with this issue is whats laughable. also, you mocking the concept of due process says alot about how much you despise our country and laws. maybe you should self-deport back to your parents home country...im sure you will find their (lack of) laws there more to your liking!

you have been lying throughout this thread and accusing others of doing exactly what you and trump are doing.

Is there anyone in this thread who does not feel that Salvy is a piece of sh-t?

If so, we need to have a conversation about your standards for what is a piece of sh-t

    @Salvy

Be honest. You don't believe in any of this ****. You probably aren't a El Salvadorian even.

You need attention. And you need people in your life and a sense of belonging. You are screaming "I need to be SEEN!".

    I SEE you. I SEE you @Salvy

If all it takes is a soft embrace for you to be seen and stop doing what you are doing I'll give you a soft embrace.

I truly don’t understand how someone whose parents came here ILLEGALLY can even make these arguments

Why shouldn’t we have just labeled your parents rapists, murderers, barbarians, gang members, etc and booted them out?

The Department of Justice revealed Friday that it has no new information on the status of Kilmar Abrego Garcia—an American resident unlawfully deported under the Trump administration—but made clear it would not facilitate his return.

Instead, DOJ attorneys told the court that if Abrego Garcia somehow manages to make it back to the United States, they will either detain and deport him to a third country or seek to “terminate” his removal order just to send him back to El Salvador, where he remains imprisoned inside the notoriously brutal CECOT megaprison.

This stance drew immediate and fiery criticism from U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis, who made clear the court would not tolerate further delays or evasions.

“Every day Abrego Garcia is in CECOT is a day of further irreparable harm,” Judge Xinis said, slamming the administration for offering no evidence it has taken any steps to comply with her prior order requiring his return.

Judge Xinis sided with attorneys for Abrego Garcia and ordered two weeks of intensive discovery—a fast-tracked process to determine exactly what the government has or hasn’t done. She said the plaintiffs may, if they choose, conduct depositions by April 23 with the four DHS, ICE, and State Department officials who have already submitted sworn statements to the court.

Xinis emphasized that this process will move fast—and no one should expect business as usual in her courtroom.

“Cancel vacations, cancel other appointments. I’m usually pretty good about that … Not this time,” she told the parties. “I will be flexible if you need to accommodate [depositions] in the courthouse. I’m going to be available if you need to do it at odd hours or weekends. That’s what I’m talking about.”

“We’re going to do this by the federal rules of civil procedure,” she added. “So no press release is going to move the court the same way that sworn, under-oath testimony from persons with knowledge will.”

In a stinging rebuke to the DOJ’s legal posturing, Xinis reminded government lawyers that the Supreme Court already ruled against them.

“You made your jurisdictional arguments, you made your venue arguments. You made your arguments on the merits. You lost,” she said. “This is now about the scope of the remedy.”

Xinis made clear that she is proceeding from what the Supreme Court has “unequivocally found to be lawful,” and warned that any further obstruction would be dealt with swiftly and under oath.

She also addressed El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele’s Oval Office comments, in which he made glib remarks about possibly “smuggling” Abrego Garcia back to the United States. Xinis dismissed the comments as not only legally irrelevant but deeply concerning.

“If that were in a court of law — it would have real infirmities,” she said. “It is not a direct response, nor is the quip about smuggling someone into the United States. If the government were facilitating his return, there would be no smuggling.”

The DOJ’s refusal to comply, paired with Trump administration comments that they may simply deport Abrego Garcia again if he returns, have raised alarm among constitutional scholars and civil rights attorneys. What began as a wrongful deportation case is now spiraling into a larger test of judicial authority.

“If not this court, then who, to engage in process?” Judge Xinis asked. “It’s process that is in the roots of our Constitution. So we have to give process to both sides. But we’re going to move. There will be no tolerance for gamesmanship or grandstanding.”

As discovery begins and depositions are scheduled, the court will scrutinize internal communications, potential coordination with foreign officials, and whether the Trump administration ever intended to comply with the lawful order. The stakes—both for Abrego Garcia and for the rule of law itself—could not be higher.

    It is all a distraction.

    Trump made it very clear.

He not only said that he will not get the man back, he said it with the President of El Salvador sitting next to him.

He then took the next step saying that he wants to send US citizens in US prisons to El Salvadorian prison camps.

He is in the process of forcing the Supreme Court to take a standby telling them what he is going to do, and also reminding them that he isn't listening to their prior ruling on the same topic.

If the Supreme Court does not take a stand to stop him - he and his government will be able to remove anyone that they label with a thought crime from the USA and have them indefinitely remain there without any due process.

I don't know if you saw the interaction between Steve Bannon and Bill Maher - but Bannon flat out said that executive prerogative and anything needed to carry out executive policy is legal, and that includes Trump running for a third term, that is trumps the US Constitution.

Then you don't understand human nature.

There were black people that owned slaves in the South.

There are women that lure other women into human trafficking.

There were Jews in Treblinka pushing for other Jews to be exterminated.

The world is made up of all types - historically those that turn on their own end up paying the price, but not always - and those types of people still exist.

In this past election first generation Latinos voted overwhelming for Harris while 2nd generation folks voted for Trump. The older immigrants understand the struggle people go through but the 2md generation who were born in this country don't want to see anyone else successful after them.

    Its sick stuff honestly

An NPC is a non-player character. It’s a gaming term used by incels (involuntary celibates - men who can’t get laid) who got red pilled (became right wing douches) during gamer-gate (a weird controversy where terminally online incels didn’t like women represented in a traditionally male dominated space - gaming) to insult normal people (normies)

So Salvy is projecting that a you (a normie) are programmed because you aren’t a fascist (red pilled)

I’m sure Salvy doesn’t see the irony of calling someone else programmed while using NPC as an insult.

NPC is just code for someone who doesn’t have a mind of their own and just blindly does what they’re told or believe what they’re told to believe

not sure where the red pill incel stuff comes into play, I don’t think it’s that deep

MAGAts are the perfect definition of a NPC or what I like to call mindless drones…they’re the low IQ henchmen in the back that say “yeah, u tell me boss” in every movie…the henchmen do whatever the boss says no questions asked, and are told not to think or ask questions

Yep, I’m a gamer and nerd so I know this culture, but I’m way older so haven’t been indoctrinated like the social media generation has. There is a young game to right wing pipeline.
