I circled back to "Sultans of Swing" by Dire Straits. Learned the whole damn song on guitar....two guitar solos, subtle nuances, and all. This is a very fun song to play on guitar. And, that's all I have to say about that. Oh oh oh...I like to play along with Sina YouTube videos as a drum backing track. I also learned "Unforgiven" and "Enter Sandman" by Metallica...solos and all. I've also been playing the "Platoon" soundtrack on guitar and "The Last of the Mohicans" soundtrack. I also circled back to "Basket Case" by Green Day. That's where I hit my stride with the jam. Finish it off with "Master of Puppets" cause **** yea! And, that's all I have to say about that. So, I've gone 80s rock retro and some symphony you could say. But, 80s rock is where it is at for me. Always has been. So stoked about my guitar solo-ing that I just tonight bought a new mint condition open box Boss Katana Artist 100 watt gen 3 amp on a great discounted deal! So stoked to play through it (when it arrives)! I was pegging my existing amp at volume 10 and it sounds like crap. I needed an amp that goes to 11 and sounds awesome. This new one goes to 11. See here...it says 11. These are the only amps that go to 11. This one is 11. You can't get these anywhere. We had to write in the number 11 there and tweak the knob. The other amps were okay...
