peeped what OKC fans are saying, and they’re actually pretty level headed and giving us credit…not doing any BS like blaming the refs or acting like the team didn’t take the game seriously because they’re coasting the final games of the season or something

 

And Stone needs to go! They've peaked as closers; trade these 22-year-olds for Durant!

Amen straight up alters how players like SGA play. He gets in their heads. He can and will bait you into thinking you can get a shot off and you cant. He had SGA second guessing himself the whole game. The way he can delete shots is legit crazy. Can't believe he was the 4th player chosen in that draft.

 

In the second quarter? The double big lineup went against a Chet-less lineup (only Hartenstein), so we killed them on the boards.

AND we were making every three: Amen made TWO during that stretch (one of each wasn't even a corner three), and Adams got subbed out almost immediately after Chet entered into the game.

 

That free throw came on the most BS of BS calls too.

 

Hope some of our resident downers can have a little joy after this game. Good times like this are what makes the day-to-day experience of being a fan really fun!

Sometimes that gets lost in the CHAMPIONSHIP OR BURN IT ALL mentality. What a great game...**** that was fun!

A statement win made by Sengun, Jalen, Amen and the rest of the Houston Rockets team. Big Steven Adams scared OKC. Dillon missed the game, but the Rockets won big.

The Thunder were playing at near full strength, only Ty Jerome was missing. Their stars came out to win. I'm very pleased with this outcome.

This was a fun game to attend.

 

The fact that the Rockets have only 51 wins and are the 4th best team in the entire league is crazy!

 

It‘s really ****ing fun watch game like this one

 

I saw someone say this and it kind of makes sense...the reason Holmgren and Mobley and all these hyper-mobile lanky rim protectors are so effective is that they can 1. switch pretty well on the perimeter and 2. they always have someone to help inside if they're matched up against someone too strong for them. But with the double big lineup, that's kind of neutralized. In a 1v1 situation, Chet can't stop either Alpi OR Steven Adams from doing what they do. And when the foul trouble comes from that, he can't be as effective of a help side defender either.

Not taking away anything from Chet, but he was having a rough go of it on defense tonight, besides some good blocks and fouls on Jalen.
