Does the 8.5 spread seem like a lot considering Purdue was gifted a home game by the committee? It's almost double the spread of the Gonzaga game.
Just want to survive and move on. This kind of feels like a trap game. With so many wanting Purdue to win. I think I will probably have to watch this one with the volume off. I think whoever the TV crew is will be salivating over Purdue all night long. It will be interesting and telling what ref crew we get. I shouldn't be nervous because we are a much better team than Purdue. More than anything I am hoping Milos and Tugler stay out of foul trouble. And our guards need to continue to hit over 40% from three. If the game is called tight it will result in a much tougher game for us. Since this game will not start until about 9:30pm no doubt we will have to stay up until midnight to see the final result in real time. Hope we stomp them but at a minimum just survive and move on.
I took Purdue and the points. I don't think Houston will have much trouble beating Purdue, but in a low scoring game and essentially with a home court advantage, I think Purdue can keep it somewhat close. I also think Gonzaga is better than Purdue.
Gonzaga was a much more difficult match up. We'll kill them on the boards, and our backcourt trio will be way too much. Coogs by 20
Just got to the hotel. Lots of Purdoot folk about. Lucas Oil looks like a barn. Nervous but hey feel the same way every game. Go coogs.
I am hoping for the next to the next to the next to the best game of the year. I want the best game to be in the Finals. UH's FIRST National Championship.
Hopefully the refs will be calling games like last night...where misdemeanor assault was acceptable form of defense.
At Lucas barnyard stadium. Solid coog contingent. Definitely 4th of 4 but you know we are here. Tennessee fans are trailer babies. Purdoot people are nice. They think we will murder them. Lol. Go coogs.
