Im not offended I just want to remind people that you can be a lefty AND not the worse thing someone associates that term with from what they see online. You noted that you think the vast majority of lefties refused to vote Dem which is a wild perception to me. It just really calls upon what that terms means to different people. I really liked Bernie’s political mindset and policy goals… and I still really like Bernie. You say you moved to Denmark, I’m very familiar with the Nordic model, I definitely associate that with being a lefty place politically, in fact I see it as the golden standard. So when I see you say maga and lefties are birds of a feather it’s confusing for me.
Every single major leftie media account spent the entire campaign crapping on Harris and claiming Trump won't be worst. Turnout in highly progressive areas like ann arbor was down. Harris only lost by 275k votes in 3 states.
Okay but what about people who aren't internet brained? Do I and potentially tens of millions of others have to pay for a twitch streamers sins? It's political gotcha, I must decline.
From that David Shor interview: There’s an argument that what happened to Democrats between 2020 and 2024 is that their voters stayed home. So what happened then was a shrinking of the electorate that disproportionately sliced off what Democrats for a while were calling the anti-MAGA coalition. How does that sit with you — the idea that Democrats didn’t lose to Trump, they lost to the couch? SHOR: It’s just not empirically correct, I would say. Generally, turnout and support go in the same direction for the basic reason that there are a lot of people who didn’t feel ready to vote for Republicans but were still mad at the Democratic Party, so they stayed home in response. If you just look at the demographics of the people who voted for Biden last time and stayed home this time, they’re generally less educated, fairly politically disengaged and much less likely to watch MSNBC and more likely to watch Fox. Frankly, they resemble the voters who trended away from us. So if you had forced them out to vote, they may have just voted for Donald Trump? SHOR: Exactly. And that does show up. If you look at African Americans, for example: Those who didn’t vote were much more likely to say that they supported Trump than those who did this cycle. It’s true that overall turnout fell in much of the country, but in the battleground states that actually decided the presidential election, turnout was roughly where it was from four years ago. And it’s clear as day that a bunch of people changed their minds.
This isnt a political difference though bro, its a factual based difference. Look around you right now. I cannot believe that you think she was worse than Trump. Look at what is happening.
Obviously he has a condition, no one in their right mind comes to the D&D just to heckle posters while repeating themselves over and over like a late stage dementia patient. Half the shitbird's sentences don't even make sense.
Three months ago the fed had gdp at 2.6% when biden was POTUS. Now the fed is predicting negative growth. Trump is single handily destroying the economy and you're so brainwashed in culture war garbage that you care more about that than your pocket book. Trump is a disaster for your bank balance. That's all anyone should care about.
I don't support Trump. I agree he's a problem. I only said he was better than Harris. That's not saying much
Says the guy who can't form a sentence consisting of more than 3 words...lol. You can't count for **** either...
But if Harris was president the fed was predicting positive GDP growth for the quarter. Now its negative and with tariffs coming it will only get worst. You are going to be poorer in the future cuz of Trump being POTUS. This is a fact. If you think it's better to be poorer than to have Harris as president then I'm sorry but you need mental help at this point.
