The government seriously needs a national assimilation and integration strategy to avoid the country balkanising into different ethnic areas like you see in Lebanon (or, the Balkans), the current trajectory is not ideal - we desperately want to avoid sectarianism. Whats mind blowing about you MAGA guys is you don't see the irony, or really understand the references you guys use. You obviously do not understand what Cormac McCarthy and the Coen Brothers were portraying with Chigurh at all. Let me just boil it down to this... in the conclusion of the story (and really even throughout the story it should have been obvious) that Chigurh was a complete contradiction. The fact that Mr. "Call it" is even saying this at this point in the film is the filmaker telling us the audience that he really doesn't believe his own BS and is just killing because he wants to. Hell even in the opening scene the Coen Brothers go out of their way to show the look on his face when he's strangling that guy so you can see clear as day that the guy enjoys the feeling he gets killing people. The whole MAGA thing is all about Americans being unhappy conflicted people who hate others because of that unhappiness, and inflicting pain on others is ALL ABOUT YOU making yourself feel something... because your life, and lives of many Americans are that broken. That's it.... that's the whole fcking tragic story here.
