Yeah, having Sil@ss bench you the first 2 years will do that to your career stats. For example, Sengun has career win shares of 21.9 despite being benched by Sil@ss his first 2 years, whereas Jalen only has 10.6 career win shares while being allowed to have starter minutes all 4 years.

On the other hand, Sil@ss letting KPJ and Jalen do whatever they wanted did lead to the worst record in the league those 2 years, getting us Amen/Bari/Tari, so there is a silver lining.

Sengun wasn’t “benched” his second year. He played almost 30 min a game and started 72 of 75 games.

Alpi got rewarded for his patience and has an all-star appearance and Jalen Green right now is being ranked lower than Devin Vassel on the Ringer top 100 list. Alpi is getting his flowers and Jalen Green has become one of the most underrated and most over hated players in the NBA partly because a lot of Rocket fans on social media **** on him.

Stop this victim complex with Alpi. Green has went through his trials also being benched often in his third year and never complained like Alpi and just worked on what Ime wanted from him. But Jalen isn't getting that same national praise so lets root for both of them?

Look, I love Jalen and in his 4th year he is finally matching his potential. He doesn't deserve to be ranked below Devin Vassel and he this year he is consistently beasting out. At this rate, he will definitely get his all-star nod next year, just like the rational Rockets fans knew Alpi should have gotten it last year.

That being said, dude, you talk about Alpi fans having victim mentality? You? As much as you defend Jalen, even in this very post? Alpi has gotten benched last year as well, and this year too. Let's not act like Ime is playing favorites. He ain't Sil@ss crying for his "son".

I think the Ringer top 100 player list is a good reason why I think Jalen deserves more passionate defense of him as a player than Alpi at the moment. That list is emblematic of how underrated he is amongst the NBA white analytic heads from publications like the Ringer and the Athletic.

Green being ranked below Vassel even when someone like Vassell has even the most basic advanced stats like BPM being significantly lower while Green is doing his thing on a 50+ win pace team tells me even when he is playing in meaningful games on a top NBA team discourse of him is still really toxic.

Yeah, then direct your posts at the Ringer and the Athletic. That has nothing to do with Alpi.

It has to do with you making Alpi into a victim with the post i originally replied to. You were unnecessarily ******** on Green for no reason out of the blue during a time where he is being severely underrated.

LOL, you are literally the one making Jalen a victim right now! And no, if someone implies Alpi is not able to be on the list of players making 6,000 points at a very young age like Jalen I can easily make a post talking about how Alpi has more than double the career win shares, which I expect as Jalen will keep getting better he will most likely close the gap on. I stated facts and you decided to make Jalen a victim. Perhaps I shoud talk about how Sengun has more rebounds than Jalen just like Jalen has more points? Would that make you feel better, by not infringing on being the point leader of the team at a young age?

You know, there are plenty of Senhaters and Jaters out there, I'm not one of them, I like both. Stop making Jalen a victim as he has been given opportunities every single year since he arrived and go pick a fight with someone who actually hates Jalen, I actually like him.

So you were ******** on Jalen to prop up Alpi from a post praising a Jalen Green accomplishment during a time when national media is still ranking him below the likes of Vassell?

Alpi is here by his flowers. Literally has a all-star selection under his name at age 22. That's seriously impressive.

Nah, someone implied Jalen was better at something than Alpi (career points) and I replied than Sengun was better at something (career win shares). Sorry that rustled your jimmies.

Jalen is better than Vassell, deserves to be ranked much higher, he will get his flowers soon and who is to say might even have a better career than Alpi, both still young and time will tell. I'm excited they are both on our team. Now, go hard at the Ringer and Athletic, the right target of your wrath, I didn't make that listing, I only stated facts.

Every win vs the Utah Jazz is welcome. I'm happy Sengun had a big game. Props to everyone.

Have the Rockets clinched a playoff spot with this win?

Man the highlights don't give them the credit worthy of the good game they had. Without looking at the box score I would not have guessed that Sengun had 33 and Jalen had 21.

Two different years, yet things stay the same in Utah. Bunch of inbreds, MadMax is right.

The official reason for missing the Jazz game was "wrist".

Rockets have to choose whether he plays Sunday at Phoenix or Monday at the Lakers.

Your guess is as good as mine.
