In all seriousness though my eye test does agree with your assessment that Jalen has gotten noticeably better despite the numbers being kind of in the "whatever" range versus previous years. One of the passes he made tonight, which didn't result in an assist, really impressed me with both his court vision and has actual passing ability. I really really hope next season is the year he just absolutely explodes statistically. It seems very possible at this point.
You were not paying attention? I worked late, came home, helped out around the house, next thing I knew it’s pushing 9pm. I got @WestendMassive’d
Our Double Dragons showed up in a big way tonight. Sengun imposed his will on the Jazz and while Jalen didnt have the most efficient night due to Kessler he still shot 40% from 3 providing critical spacing and had 6 assists. FVV had his usual stinker game but thankfully Ime didnt play him 40 mins this time. Honestly other than FVV and Holiday everyone had a good game and it prob would've been a blow out from start to finish if FVV and Holiday werent so bad. More and more I am happy with the core 5 development, the key moves during the summer would be to bring in help that Ime would actually play. I personally would try to replace Holiday with Tyus Jones and then see if Blazers would do Cam for Deni Avdija.
not gonna pretend like I actually watched this game, because I didn’t Fred with 4 points in 34 minutes going 1-10 from the field? Yikes Aside from that Miami game, he’s gone 13-57 from the field the past week and a half. Big yikes
You should win every game where you have 3 players get a double double. Dam near had 5 with Jalen and Tari.
Just wanted to pop in to say Jock Landale has had some good games this season. Not bad for a third stringer. Maybe a little overpaid, but still useful.
Missed tonight's game, immediately knew we did well and Sengun was the best player on the court based solely on low page count. Will watch the game later.
