Desantis seeks to punish Disney for disagreeing with him

In California, we have something called the Racial Justice Act. As a result of this, we see such nonsense as cases being dismissed because the defense attorney tells their client to speak in the same manner they do in day-to-day life when testifying, or because the prosecutor calls someone being hit with a gun being pistol whipped. Yes, a lot of what is being called racism and discrimination is nonsense. We also have something called Race Blind Charging. Here we have to put a police report through an AI system to redact all information that could racially identify the suspects and victims in a case, then turn over the redacted reports to the charging deputies (my current assignment). We then review the redacted report to indicate whether or not we would charge the case. Then we get the unredacted report to review and decide whether or not to actually charge the case. In 0% of cases, the decision based on the redacted report differs from the decision with the racial identity factors included (not just for me, for the whole office). A bunch of extra work was added that slows everything down that changes absolutely nothing. Yes, all of that is nonsense.

 

I was not talking about that nonsense. I was talking about allowing discrimination to be legal again, and allowing companies to segregate blacks from the white Caucasian folks in schools, cafeterias, bathrooms, etc .. I was talking about allowing police, and others to treat minorities differently.

La Cellier is my favorite.
And Raglin Road is fun at Disney downtown.
But Fultons Crab House rules them all.

They targeted woke audiences like the people here and they don’t go see the movies .
Constant race swapping and changing stuff like removing midgets cause one midget got offended ruins movies.
For an example , we were promised a new Blade movie in 2019

Blade, is an original Black character, so it confused them cause they can’t race swap him
