Nobody said the rebuild is doomed lol. Jalen just looked awful tonight. You can hold him accountable without being a hater. Sengun also looked awful

 

The problem is we lose the tie breaker. An important game that the Rockets s*** the bed.

- 12 missed FTs

- FVV shot like crap

- Team shot like crap

- Denver shot everything awesome, besides FTs

Can't blame rebounding or turnovers (besides the fastbreak defense). Rockets won the rebounding battle 45-43. Denver had more turnovers.

The problem was how horrible we were in the third, the 4th quarter was actually not bad at all.

Streak over, but I think it will be a learning experience. Our guys are still guilty of vacillating effort at times…and the shooting was horrendous. Hopefully not too many more shooting nights like this on the way

I really don't understand what awful means to you guys. He had a triple double with 0 turnovers. 2 steals and a block. He missed some easy shots but that happens. To say he's was awful is such a bad take. Can he only play well if he gets a 30 point triple double?

Jamal Murray was just unconscious in the 3rd quarter. Not much you can do to beat someone who is that hot. Literally didn't miss and the defense wasn't bad,

 

if lamelo can stay healthy, he can definitely help and raise this team to another level.

replace FVV with lamelo, trae young, or halliburton (i doubt he's really available) and this will be a better team.

 

Fred had a bad night shooting and he still was over 41 minutes. With Jabari and Tari able to play minutes tonight, there was no need for Fred to get heavy minutes when he is having a bad night.

 

And of course he dunked that

 

Ime didnt make adjustments in 3rd quarter. You cant lose 20 pts in a quarter with 3 timeouts left.

 

It’s probably a good thing we lost tbh. Pressure of continuing the streak probably got to them. Now they can really focus on just preparing for the playoffs and building more chemistry together the last couple weeks of the season. I feel like too many times on offense we have to settle for bad, in-efficient shots.

 

Jalen wasnt even awful he had 29 pts on on 21 shots. He didnt have a great game but he wasnt awful either.

We lost because FVV was 2/12 and somehow played 42 mins.

Rox also missed almost half their fts which was inexcusable.

 

Numbers don't tell the story. You could also say Jalen had 20+ points but its the way they played. Sengun from the beginning looked hesitant against a 36 year old Deandre Jordan.
