It's a shame Will Wade already took the NC State job...he's got baggage but is a hell of a coach. Also, you can't blame UT for what happened to Chris Beard, he's a damn good coach and was a great hire.
Yeah, I didn't know how much to caveat that "0-2" statement. Shaka was regarded as the next big coach when we hired him and it just didn't work out. Everyone knew Beard was an *******, but we didn't know he was that much of an *******. If nothing else, I hope CDC swings for the fences. The Moody Center needs some excitement.
Shaka's proven he's a damn good coach too at Marquette, he just may not have been a great fit for UT (and he's obviously learned from the experience)
i think the play for this tournament if you dont want to deal with dodgy pirate sites is hbo max for the month 20 bucks and gets you just about every game outside of the cbs games
