In all fairness, Tari has gotten a lot more minutes than Cam.

 

Yes, this is true despite Tari missing 20+ games due to a combination of being unable to play + load management.

Unlike Cam, Tari is coachable, appreciates every minute he's on the floor and plays with purpose on both ends.

So, yes, Cam could learn a lot from Tari's example. Or from the examples of DB, Fred, Jalen, Amen and others.

 

Knew this was a boring win when the thread is only 16 pages long, more boring wins please.

 

Cam has almost zero basketball iq.
He has to learn to play structured basketball.
At the moment, Rockets has very high ceiling core, Cam is not in that list.
At least for now.
I see KPJ vibes in him.. no passing, tunnel vision, raw athleticism that does not give you benefit..

 

Late to the party

That was one of the most boring wins I have ever seen in my life.

 

I like Brandon Williams. Carving out a nice role as a microwave scorer off the bench.

 

In absolute fairness, Tari earned his minutes and role.

 

On top of that Klay was ****in terrible, great to see.

I enjoyed the spin move by Dillon on Klay. It was awesome.

This is just wrong Cam has a very high BBall IQ, he has a disjointed world view....he can pass, he can play very good D, but he puts more emphasis on offense, as a scorer, probably something he has had to do his whole life.

He needs to learn to balance it out, that is not low BBall IQ, it is coaching, and understanding he doesn't have to do it all his own.....he needs Playing time.

Kind of like I feel when debating RocketChump or Imanimal.

 

Please give examples of Cam demonstrating High BBall IQ. Just because you say it, doesn’t make it true when all evidence is to the contrary.

 

You can go watch the behind the back passes, the movement off the ball, the playing the passing lanes on defense.

For some reason, when he gets extended time he calms down and plays more team oriented....you can literally see it like a switch.....Ime is doing some things right by him, but others wrong....

If we get rid of Cam we are going to watch him blow up as a stud somewhere else....Cam is better than Jalen, or will be.....
