The USAid was a massive grift so Trump crushed it knowing he would get the funding through the CR to use that money how he wanted. That is Trumps way to start his grift now.

To suppress American soft power that often suppresses foreign third world countries by doing favors for political parties and backing them and in return those parties suppress their national labor laws to allow American capital to reduce labor costs by outsourcing to said countries?
