I watch ABC Nightlty News with my wife a 30 plus year habit (at least the 5 minutes a couple of times devoted to UKRAINE or for 10 years the daily outrageous Trump or now Elon action.) I zip through the rest : the crime of the day, the weather disaster , an airplane story or the happy end story like paraplegic climbs Mount Everest or US soldiers pay to bring back their injured service dog from Iraq. Afganistan, little girl raises $100 for disabled children or whatever. Of course, I fast skip through the 10 minutes of big pharma ads.. Hey, break out a bit on Ukraine! I would note Prof Meersheimer is a West Point Grad, veteran of Vietnam who voted for Bernie Sanders, agrees on few things with Trump or the GOP and just about the most famous International Relations expert in the US. He is known for being pretty accurate in his predictions.
