Apparently so. And your brethren @tinman contends that her admission into UConn (based on the grades in her transcript and application to UConn) was the result of DEI. That UConn was supposed to magically know that her grades were bogus. Or that UConn did know, and admitted her bc of DEI.

So you believe that a UConn admissions person chose to admit her because she was a minority and somehow in favor of Palestine, of which there is zero factual support for this belief.

And you believe that the high school GPA and other accolades on her resume either played no role in admitting her, or better yet, the purple haired admissions lady at UConn actually knew that the grades were bogus.

It is fascinating that you would want a liar and cheat to win the lawsuit. She admits to being a lousy student and a bad kid in high school, utterly undeserving of the grades she was given.

I thought the Republican Party and Trumpers were supposed to be about individual responsibility.

And what about her parents? I thought certain minorities were less successful than Asian minorities because of bad parenting and culture, right @strosb4bros? Why isn’t it the parents fault for not insuring she got a better education and did better in school.

No, I'm saying that when that application hit some purple hair administration lady's desk she didn't even bother to look into it because she saw the name and figured one more for the Palestine protests. Its a joke bro, not an accusation or factual statement.

But in all seriousness, how the hell do you think someone like her gets overlooked her entire academic career? Either she is the luckiest person in the world to go that far not knowing how to read or write, or she was overlooked because she was latina (DEI) or she is bullshitting and trying to take advantage of DEI and will bet set for life.....

The most likely outcome here is DEI will make this person rich regardless of whether she actually does not know how to read. Why? because DEI is so backwards and stupid to begin with that it is highly likely that there are people in positions they should not be in.....
