My question was how do you convince the country that all these provisions won't cause the companies to leave? Only very high margin corporations like Apple can keep hiring in high regulation conditions, and even then they outsource alot of the dirty work to China. 99% of companies don't have those margins and want to show their stockholders growth which this would impact.
