People get their ideas from NBA 2K ratings. These people prob dont even realize Jalen is now shooting better from 3 than Booker but still want Booker cuz he will "fix" our 3 pt issue.
Solid game from Jalen. Ebbs and flows but hit a clutch 3...and followed it up with a terrible turnover. Was great from 3. Terrible at the rim. Wasn't getting calls though and the fact that his first FTs were the intentional foul ones at the end was absolutely asinine. Needs to work on his handle and strength this offseason.

I couldn't care less about Cade. He wasn't there when we picked, so why does anyone care? Jalen's been good and that's all that matters. Speaking of which, why isn't Banchero getting more criticism? After Orlando got smacked tonight by the Cavs, I looked up his stats - he's averaging 23 ppg on a 51 TS% while shooting .3 from 3. Rockets' fans would riot of Jalen was that inefficient.
Banchero has been struggling since returning from that devastating injury. He was looking like he had next back in November before the injury but it was small sample size
Orlando is 29-31 despite all the young superstars that some on this board would kill to swap with our 36-22 core. Now we have the usual suspects screaming “look at the amazing work Cade is doing dragging a young team to a 32-26 record” So many people on this board have zero perspective. Paolo and Cade would have 200-page long “trade X” pages here. DaDakota would be screaming that some random bench player has an “it factor” and should replace Paolo, and Bobby would be saying Cade is worse than whoever Detroit’s Corey Brewer equivalent is. Every board has its myopic, ignorant masses, but damn do we seem to have more than our fair share.

I wish I could remember who it was that was b****ing and moaning about how we have nothing and the Magic have Banchero. Btw, like Banchero, when things get serious Cade will get exposed and hunted. Mark my words on that prediction. Ime is building a monster. A player you don't have to hide defensively and killing it on catch and shoot on a very high volume. The days of Jalen's productivity depending purely on his on-ball capability are disappearing at a nice rate. Cade can at least hit a 3 off ball. Banchero is a negative at everything without the ball and he's an inefficient scorer. Something needs to change for him. People are hypnotized by rebounds and tripledoublish players but defense is a bigger impact than all of those things.
I wonder where we would be now if we had selected Cade, Banchero or Franz Wagner instead of Jalen in the draft?we could sit number 1 seed now
