The point, which flew over your head, is freaking out over every line item will have no effect when a reset is in order for very pragmatic reasons. When DEI, affirmative action and anti-asian and white bias have been the norm we have no idea who's capable and who's Claudine Gay. Pragmatic reasons that majority of Americans, regardless of party, agree with. So the reset involves starting out with those that align with America first ideals , particularly in the military, and aren't needlessly obsessed with race, gender and sexuality. It's a great hire.

In general,anyone obsessed with identity will impede on their ability to do the job to the best of their ability and CQ brown is definitively obsessed with it. It's weak .

In theory. This is the significant chunk of public spending that I'd be happy with reducing, not just to eliminate waste and fraud, but flat out reducing. if done reasonably and executed well. I have an extremely hard time believing the latter is possible, but am hopeful.
