Yep. Game balls to Jalen, Jabari and Amen.

And also to Chris Finch for having them continue jacking up 3 like they were on catnip.

While I agree Jabari should have had more shots and Rox should have looked for him more, Amen gets less shots cuz he cant iso and score on his own and he doesnt have a 3 pt range either.

I'm in the minority here I'm sure...we are better with FVV BUT he is no super difference maker. His assts, while better than JG are not noteworthy. His FG% is definitely not...his defense is a liability ..especially inside.JMO.

I'm with you, but it's taking the Rockets longer than expected to adapt and I don't think they are "there" yet.

Amen, in particular, is still finding his equilibrium in the half-court. Instead of being mainly a baseline runner, he's actually a lead player handling the ball a lot, making reads, taking 10+ shots and playing nearly 40 mins.

FVV's best attribute is he is better than Aaron Holiday and Reed Sheppard.

I loved the little pull up midrange jumper he nailed. If he can keep doing that....

Agree with that. FVV is not going to take us to the promise land...and his money could be used for much better purposes on this team.

Glad to see Rockets back! Jabari is healthy and is an integral part of this team, and the entire team is energized and ready to scrap again.

Jabari deserves more props, he gets ignored on offense so much 8 when he is on fire is criminal. If Jabari was on another team people would be calling him baby JJJ on the Rockets he gets 8 shots a night and needs to he ultra efficient to break double digits lol.

Sengun continuing to miss high percentage shots is worrisome, however he also made high difficulty shots like that bankshot in the 4rth. Is he playing thru pain and injury? I dunno, our medical staff is so inept I wouldnt put it past them. Sengun was our general in the 4rth yeah he wasnt the most efficient but he got it done. Lots of times Ant fouled him with no call and even a double foul.

Post All Star break JG is real!

Rest of the team played ok. Even Holiday tried his best even if he is a scrub.

Ime needs to improve on his play calling and rotations. Why are Tate and Holiday playing over Whitmore? JG plays the backup pg anyway put Whitmore in. We had garbage inbound plays once again.

You dont want a guy specializing in mid range players like Melo and Rudy Gay have shown to be ineffective players in the playoffs.

My disappointment with us is that we don't share the ball very well at all. Of our 18 assts., Amen had 6 of them. JG had 4. Believe this whoever has the ball is not passing it out ...we have no inside and kick out game unfortunately.

Wow are you selling him short. Low turnovers, setting up Alperen, defense and late game winning plays... we're not in the playoffs without Fred VanVleet.
