No, you are wrong again. Here is what you are not grasping: Trump did pay his taxes. He owed nothing, following the law and the opportunities (deductions, tax minimizing strategies, etc) afforded him under the law. Because you don't know how this works does not mean others do not either. There are tax experts that can recommend strategies that are 100% legal to keep a lid on tax payments owed. It's smart to employ these people. Trump is right. Again. And he's now our President which must be extremely frustrating to you. I'm sorry, friend!

Do you have access to the payments processor? The spreadsheet that shows who is getting what money?

And in general, do you think these social programs aren't rampant with fraud, abuse and corruption?

What is so hard to accept about reducing the size of government and making it about Elon so bad , Elon so evil (which there is some truth to, but not here) when Clinton reduced the fed workforce by 250k workers and every Prez has run on reducing the size and waste of government... but disappointed people when they didn't do anything except expand duplicative bureaucracies.

How many times do I have to state there needs to be overkill and a complete gutting / auditing before we can decide what to add back?? Every private sector person who has been with a company that survives knows this. Instead of hysterically shrieking at every little line item gain some perspective.

The whole ecosystem of kickbacks and you scratch my back, I scratch yours, phony organizations and embezzlement needs a R E S E T.

Do I have access to the payment processors? No - what I do have access to his Musk’s twitter account and I do have access to the fact that he has already numerous times claimed he found wide spread fraud for many tens and sometimes hundreds of billions of dollars and when they have been investigated, it has been proven he WAY overstated the amount of money by multiples of a hundred… and the amounts he has cut hasn’t been from corruption but because he has frozen spending or fired people.

So who am I to believe? Someone that has already lied numerous times about the amount of corruption he has found and has had to backtrack numerous times when investigated - and offers no proof OR the organizations (some of them conservative) that have looked into it and discovered Musk has lied?

If you want to believe someone that has already repeatedly lied, go right ahead. I personally would rather not be a fool.

So the 500 billion dollar trans stuff in Uganda was was quo pro?

The 1 trillion dollars spent on condoms for Hamas was "you scratch my back and I scratch yours"?

This is ground breaking stuff man. All this time it was condoms to Hamas and grooming Ugandan children to be trans that has prevented Americans from having a single payer public health insurance system. Crazy.

I never thought Musk of a genius but I assumed he was at least above average intelligent. But I'm not sure anymore.

If you stripped Elon musk of all his assets, removed his name recognition, his networking of other capital investor friends and gave him a one bedroom apartment with utilities and groceries....

What could he accomplish? I'm not sure he could even work a minimum wage job. Like could he operate a cash register?

Your experiment has already been undertaken. Musk came to the USA with very little money. He's now the world's richest man.

So Musk sent out an email telling every fed to make a list of what they have been working on. Some agencies who deal with sensitive info or work on projects that have some level of confidentiality have told their folks not to respond. In the meantime, we get this:

Mind-boggling stupidity. Dude cannot comprehend that many fed jobs only involve email sporadically. One guy from the Park Service was fired while he was leading a crew in North Carolina doing Helene cleanup. If you're doing that kind of work in that country, you only check your phone on occasion when you can get to place that has a bar or two and if you are like me, you only respond to critical emails when on assignment because typing with thumbs sucks while you're sitting on a stump somewhere. Same with food inspectors, the scientists maintaining river gauges, the Coast Guard at sea, Border Patrol working in the bootheel of New Mexico (a place known for great cell reception), a trail crew spending the week working in a wilderness, a backcountry ranger working a search and rescue, and so on. Heck, a lot of firefighter crews never check their government email unless told to do so by a supervisor. A bunch of government work requires an interaction with the real world. They are not all sitting in a cube like you'd see at a tech firm.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that while every fed most likely has an email address, there are many without computers assigned to them. There may be 2-3 computers for a crew of 25 firefighters to use. Same with phones--not everyone gets a govt phone.
