I wasn't going there. The reason I arguing with him is because he is blowing this up more than it should be. It's a media event, a good story about an assault at a university an UofH doesn't have a crime problem.

UofH doesn't have an abnormal crime issue and serious students will do more research than a news story that will disappear next week

I don’t know whether they do or not and I don’t care. It has nothing to do with UH. The USC campus is policed much heavier, as are most expensive private campuses in the inner city. I have been on a few of those campuses (including USC) and yes there is definitely a heightened sense of security compared to when I was at UH.

Someone saying UH has issues with safety isn't always just an ignorant white person, looking through racist lenses, and stereotyping because UH is or was in a predominantly black section of town. That is where you were going.
