I think you are overthinking it. All the culture war stuff is razzle-dazzle showmanship to keep the voters from looking at the hand with the subsidies for the wealthy in it.

I have to have a security guard assigned to work with me for parts my job. Almost always poor black or hispanic males with limited education. The Trump fans all gush on and on about trans people and illegals and all the other culture war talking points. I bet if I asked, they wouldn't even corelate helping the wealthy and their vote for Trump.

The GOP crassly embraced pricincipals of stage prestidigitation to sell their voters stuff that's bad for them.

 

It really is that simple. He put on a show and presented them with a culture war fight that they would join in on. The facade was a cover for his true goal, which was to rule like a King, and reap in the riches. The rest of it was just his way of appeasing enough voters, who he will screw over and lie to for the next 4 years, now that he has the power to do whatever the hell benefits him most.

I don't think you're going to convert people around these subs, this is the propaganda battle ground, there are no ears or words, just bodies and bullets. It's probably a good bit easier for one to make a difference with apolitical people in real life than to reason with people in, what is essentially, the youtube comment sections on the internet.

To make a difference online, best bet is probably to become a entertainer or influencer on something apolitical, accrue a following, and then dump politics on that crowd. That's what a lot of the podcasters, youtubers, twitch streamers or whatever have been doing that's been massively successful and influential. But the Clutchfans D&D is like 30 people who are absolutely locked into something already. Occasionally you get a noob or a child wonder into the sub but the juice ain't worth the squeeze folks.

 

None of these people argue in good faith at all which is why i go after them. They don't care about economic policies or taking on the wealthy. Theyre MAGA cuz they hate LGBTQ and immigrants. That's the core reason why they like Trump.

• Stand opposed to endless war
• Prefer the border to be secure
• Prefer lower taxes
• Prefer efficient government
• Prefer developing energy resources to keep inflation low
• Prefer reducing spending to reduce the budget deficit and lower long-term inflation
• Believe that the 2nd amendment gives power to the people
• Believe that the voting process should be secure and free from fraud

And please, son. We all know who the lowest IQ people in this country are. And it's not MAGA. It's the people Democrats treat as charity cases and regard as incapable of taking care of themselves without government assistance.
