Your question is "when do the Rockets go to Jalen in the 4rth to carry them" right? The data shows you they go to Jalen the 2nd most after Sengun.

So that answers your question right? Yes or no?

Second the Rockets are 17-10 in the clutch. So that tells you the Rockets going to Sengun AND Jalen have been working for the most part. In fact the Rockets have 34/20 record and on pace for a 50 win season. So in conclusion unlike what you are saying the Rockets do go to Jalen in the 4rth and he has been effective at it, to the point the Rockets are on a 50 win pace.

So are you just a Jater? Just tell me if you dont care what is actually happening on the court so I wont spend effort looking up stats for you.

I dont mind people complaining but when the stats are there you should learn to accept it not insist on your own biased views without any data to back it up.

And it is not "MY" statistic it is THE STATISTIC. How do you know who the team goes to in the clutch? The one who scores the points in the clutch, right? Just use some common sense...

You just cherry pick stats, I can do that too.

Jalen Green is ranked 145 in player impact estimates (Jokic is first)
Jalen Green is ranked 163 in offensive net rating (Jokic is first)
Jalen Green defensive win shares ranked 66

He isn't top 50 in defense or offense if we are talking about true net rating on offense and defense (not from 1 game).

Jalen was 4 from 15 from three tonight. His three point shot was ugly tonight many of his shots was short and even air balled. I felt like some of his shots took the air out of the offense. He should think more about driving or shooting mid range if he is struggling from three. Or he could just play the role as a decoy like he did the last couple of possessions with Dillion.

He def needs to improve his situational awareness, the diff between him and Ant is Ant is aware of his strengths and weaknesses and keeps doing what he is good at while Jalen just does whatever. However you also cant deny his creation was the reason Dillon was open for those 3s and his defense was also pretty good this game.

Am I debating a stupid person?

First, net ratings doesn't isolate for impact of individual player. It's just your net rating when you are on the court vs off. That doesn't really measure player impact. Just what line ups you are part of. Net rating is SIGNFICANTLY more arbitrary than DARKO or LEBRON or RAPTOR.

Second, I am comparing Green to players of his archetype at similar stages of progression in their respective careers. Jalen Green is outpacing Jaylen Brown and Booker in advanced metrics. Net rating isn't an advanced metric. Its just net pt differential per 100 possessions.

The irony of calling DARKO arbitrary when you use net rating is kinda funny man. Like own up to the stupidity.

But you admit Rockets go to Jalen in the 4rth all the time yes or no?

LOL its kinda ridiculous you ask the question and then can't accept the answer. No wonder Jalen has so many haters you people dont care what is actually happening just wanna be stuck in your delusion. This is real flat earther ****.

Dude what are you talking about? Your own statistic that you found shows he is shooting one of the worst percentages in clutch minutes. 33.9% field goal percentage and 28% from three point range. Of course the Rockets go to him because we literally don't have anyone else but the argument is that we can improve that position by trading him for someone else.

HE ALSO HAS THE 2ND MOST TURNOVERS IN CLUTCH MINUTES
9 : 13 assist to turnover ratio, one of the worst
He has played 103 minutes (top 5) and scored 69 points. The only player that is worse is Tyler Herro

So the end of the story is that Jalen is not only inefficient but also turnover prone which most people on this forum have seen. How many times have we seen him at the end of games travel or throw an errant pass? The only thing he is beating anyone in is free throw percentage... These are the stats you found BTW.

Its not just net rating its also offense and defensive win shares. Ant is literally 1 year older and better at him in everything.

You don't have to resort to name calling when your argument sucks.

Your question is do the Rockets go to him right? Did you forget your own question? If you know that why did you even ask? Are you a dumbass?

When did I ask do we go to him? I said we do go to him a lot because we don't have other options. Reading comprehension is a hard task for some. We are we supposed to start in his place as of right now? Im not arguing we have a better option right now. But you can't seriously be arguing that he is effective in clutch minutes. Look at your own stats smart guy

This isn't the MLB buddy. But if you really want to involve winshares sure. Then I can say really cool things like Jalen Green was a better offensive player(higher offensive win shares than Ant) in his second season when he was 20 and when Ant was in his third season at 21 and made his first all-star team. That's actually awesome that Green was already a all-star level offensive player at 20....

if we use winshares. NBA analysts don't use winshares. It's a bad metric.

BPM and VORP. More reliable but still not as advanced as DARKO, LEBRON etc.

We can agree to disagree. Nobody is hating on Jalen like I mentioned I was literally signing the apology form in November when he won player of the week and was going off for 30+ every game. But you can't argue that he hasn't been playing well the last 10-20 games while FVV and Jabari have been hurt.

You are right reading comp is hard especially when its your own posts.

The Rockets go to Green and the Rockets are 17-10 in the clutch. You know what's the biggest indicator the clutch guy is clutch? When you actually win games in the clutch. LOL stfu you jater.

"Total points" statistics are almost always disingenuous stats brought up to make players look better than they are. Trae Young is the leader in that stat. Maxey is 3rd. I can't recall a time where Jalen has ever....not even once....come in during a tight game and simply put a game to rest like Brunson or Edwards did to us these past few weeks. Ever. In 4 years. Sengun has done it multiple times. At best he gets cheeky 3s at the end of games every once in a while.

He's now at 34% from 3 this season which is line for his career average. So he's consistent at that at least. I wonder if he has another little 5 game streak in him this season or if he peaked in January.
