All while stirring the sweet tea with her arm. And I'd STILL drink it.

I don't know how the Greenway location is, but the Feges BBQ on Long Point SUCKS. The bbq itself is mid, and they are STINGY as hell on how much they give you. It is a complete rip off. You'll end up dropping $70 on dry ass food in kids menu portions. Avoid.

If a place doesn't weigh it in front of you before they plate it, that's a huge red flag

    I've heard it has everything

    Need @MadMax to confirm

    Really?
What time did you go? I know they have a happy hour with some good deals. That area of town is suddenly cool now

It was a Friday, early evening like 5:30pm.

That area is certainly TRYING to be cool but it's coming up short on performance. I've had bad experiences at the Feges BBQ, Stuffed Belly, and Tacos Del Julio over there. The Barnabys that opened up there is good but they are always good. Blind Goat also good but a little too fusion-y for me.

There’s multiple locations of every Houston establishment now, saw they opened another Pinkerton’s, Pitt Room, and Reogels . Wondering if they are consistent

Thanks for the video, will watch after the game this afternoon.

Interested to see the other places I haven't been to yet so I can add them to my next Texas trip, I only quickly watched the first couple of minutes. I really need to get to Corkscrew again, it really was great.

I think the houston area , which you know is huge has caught up to Austin and I would rank Austin behind Dallas and Houston now. They just have more people thus more BBQ places.
    It’s exponential
Houston keeps popping up more and more places. Like these:

This is exactly how you know the quality is going take a nosedive, maybe not next week or anything, but it's inevitable.

Spot on. It's disappointing. I will say Truth BBQ in the Heights has maintained it's quality

Not if you maintain consistency. Rudy’s is the same everywhere . But in Houston , the demand is really high.

Truth didn’t start in Houston , they still have their original location in Brenham

Demand is definitely high here. Every place decent is packed. Rudy's in Spring is pretty good. I like their baby back ribs.

Didn't know that about Truth. That's about an hour and a half from me but I'll try it if I can
