I have lived in the UK as well, and it isn't as easy as "their healthcare system is better".

Their healthcare system is definitely better at preventative care and for treating very simple things. They also are better for childbirth.

Their system is not as good for complicated treatments - cancer and other things.

They also will not do a lot of treatments that we do here if they conclude that you are terminal - so you likely die sooner.

They also greatly benefit from the money we in the USA spend on drug costs - because that money motivates drug development and they do not have to pay as much.

So is it better? Depends on who you are and your healthcare plan and expectations.

Trump's efforts to avoid checks and oversight is incredible and dangerous. Imagine one person being able to not only access all of that, but make changes, potentially skim money for themselves and cover their trail while having nobody ever able to check or uncover it.

I don't think she's capable of running the country. Trump did it for 4 years. I think she's a different type of scumbag. Trump's garbage is out in the open. We know what he is. Look at the Willie Brown stuff. Harris has a lot of skeletons in her closet including all those crazy prosecutions. She's a garbage person. In the end it doesn't really matter. She's irrelevant and we've got Trump for another 4 years. We did fine in his first term so I can only hope for the best.

Why do you believe she would do a worse job than Trump. Trump's presidency was historically bad. He is rated among the lowest Presidents in history and its a consensus among many academics. Yea she isnt the best candidate and she does have baggage, but I feel like if we compare the two candidates baggage, Trump's comes out as much worse.
