    The people talking about imaginary trades are silly.

    If there was an offer that we know with 70% confidence was on the table, fine.

    But all these imaginary trades for Booker or Durant or whoever are just people wanting to moan and groan and complain.

    Fact is, the Rockets are fine. They are more than fine, they are trending upwards. Every single team in the league has bad stretches, they are going through one right now, but they will very likely once again have a good stretch and their first half record will likely land them 2-4 because of it.

    The Rockets will be in 4th place by the end of tonight after Denver beats Orlando.

    And the Lakers and Nuggets could easily win out through the break, so the Rockets will head into it in 5th place unless they somehow right the ship and win their next 4.

    They don't have to make a trade at the deadline however Zeller, Springer, and half injured Adams are truly weak additions at best.

    The loss of FVV, Smith and Adams really exposes this team. D and O discipline, Defensive rebounding, Weak side rim protection and Offensive rebounding are the soul of the team. That’s why you don’t trade these guys.

    If we would of just won the Brooklyn games, we could deal with these losses, but they lost the games they needed to win.

    I totally agree with you, I think the Rockets will end up top-4 in the west just because of how weak the schedule becomes and the fact that we still do have great young players who will play hard and learn from these kinds of games.

    Does that make these kinds of losses less frustrating? I wish :(
