I’m not blaming the refs tonight. We need to get some interior defense badly. As much as Sengun is an asset on offense, he’s a huge liability on defense. To many easy layups on him game in and game out. Our go to guys fade to black way too often and I’m already tired of hearing the young excuse. We had the assets to address it at the trade deadline and didn’t. Horse ****!! Goodnight gents.

The defense has gone down the drain man. We were making big stops earlier this season. The Wolves were waltzing into the lane all game lot especially in the 4th quarter.

 

He covers up a lot of mistakes, put it simply, more shots are contested when he's playing.

He's also another shooter in that teams do not want to leave him open so that helps a lot more than say Tate who teams will not even defend.

 

Who is our one superstar? I didn't see him tonight

Anthony Edwards right now is better than anyone we have. Will he be better than anyone we have by 2027? Depends on how our young guys develop and if Edwards keeps developing.

So if they played like ****, what does that say about Jalen, Amen, Sengun, and Brooks who were all double digit negatives on the court?
