Honestly from my understanding of Jesus, he'd be more angry at those who preach Christianity as a political tool to gain power more than the side that doesn't use Christianity. The use of Christianity for obtaining power and wealth while advocating for things like displacement of humans I assume would be seen as more evil in the eyes of Jesus than a atheist preaching their sincere beliefs about how society should be organized. For example, would Jesus be more angry at Mike Huckabee for using Christianity to advocate for ethnic cleansing of Palestinians or Bernie Sanders, a Jew who does not believe in the divinity of Jesus but doesn't advocate for ethnic cleansing? I feel like Jesus according to biblical history would be more angry at the Huckabee types because he'd be more angry at people who use religion for evil narcissistic means rather than ignore religion entirely such as leftist atheist types.

Also the modern GOP is one of the main reasons I WISH there was an eternal hell. When I see the modern GOP villinize migrants, disabled people, lgbtq people, express joy in ethnic cleansing of Palestinians etc I wish there was a Christian hell.
