I think clutch at some point has vouched for him, though i could be wrong. But yeah....Anytime an insider on this board leaks something i go back and read past things they've leaked and rarely has any of it happened. I think cyberx has the best track record. Doesnt mean they arent getting the info from a legit source.. i just dont get all excited about it because " so and so" said it....
Cam's physical strength is just easier to be successful with. Cam has power that allows for the option to go through players to create space, Jalen has to be crafty, has to go around almost all of his defensive matchups. The 3PT shot is critical to whether Jalen has a good night or not. Jalen can't reliably create good looks for himself in the paint. He needs better spacing and he needs to have better vision to operate, he settles for a lot of tough shots. The game is more difficult for someone with Malik Monk or Curry's physical build than Jalen Browns or Ant's, it just is.
Or Jalen can just improve his 3PT shot a little over the summer. Take a couple of fewer attempts if some shooters show up. It's not that dramatic dude. Forcing your way through a packed paint is not a good idea even if you're Lebron James. Cam will be MUCH better with spacing. As would all our slashers. Really only the most athletic player of all time is succeeding at this right now lol Jalen is doing fine he's just injured and exhausted tbh, making errors for sure.
Just say it bro we've known Cam is a pot head since that first presser. Is that why he's getting lost on defensive coverages???? I feel like we'll keep him. In the past few weeks he's rebuilt himself a lot and helping the team win.

For a team starving for offense, some of you guys want to ship out one of the only guys who can get a bucket and the only guy off the bench on this team. Be patient just as you have been with JG. Too early to tell what Cam will be.
I have no problem with insider info not turning true. Things are fluid I understand. And I respect codman. I just don’t particularly like those riddles. We’re all here speculating and guessing. But never any explanation or clarification from him. We would never know if we guessed right or wrong. I mean, if we don’t even know what exactly he’s trying to tell us, then what’s the point?

Giving up on Cam while defending Jalen a year ago is hilarious. Cam is just as gifted and has a higher ceiling than Jalen already and he’s 20 years old. Nah, We aren’t trying to win a title this year or make a deep run in the playoffs that we need to worry about team chemistry and vibes. Let the dude pout and figure out his place.
What's hilarious is making this declaration just because a guy scored 18 points on 14 shots. For the season, Cam is averaging less than 10 points on a .53 TS% against backups. He's done a little better lately -- the last 20 games, Cam has averaged 11.4 points on a .554 TS%. Again, against backups. Conversely, the last 20 games, Green has averaged 25 points on a .58 TS% against starters. Cam is a good prospect. He's nowhere near Jalen's level at the moment, and to imply otherwise is laughable.
I personally enjoy Cod’s riddle speak. It’s always fun to me to read potential “insider info” whether it actually happens or not. There’s so many conversations that happen between GM’s, agents, etc. that never actually happen or come to fruition. But those conversations happen. Countless names are exchanged and countless proposals are made but it takes 2 teams to actually pull the trigger and feel good about a deal. One of the best parts about Clutchfans (to me) is coming in here and seeing if there’s any new rumors or “insider info”. Hitting refresh during the Harden trade saga was hitting like crack in the 80’s. I strongly encourage @Codman @Nook @ch44 @treyk3 @cyberx and whoever else to post whenever they hear something. Whether it actually happens or not
