Hmmm, Sengun better get in shape!

This is about teams seeing the success of the Rockets with 2-way players and defense, not so much offense and 3pt shooting. But we will see

So the Lakers traded one of the best defensive and offensive players in the league for one of the worst defenders in the league who can't stop eating?

There's a reason the Mavs did this.

this is bad for the nba...even if he asked to be traded.... you don't make a trade like that and to the lakers. Terrible! Adam Silver should veto this trade!!!

This makes NO sense...why not trade Donic to the Rockets...we got a bunch of picks and young player!

I am sure we would've offered something like Sengun, Reed, and a PHX pick and Dallas would've gotten a much better return.

so many missing The Point. It’s not whether is a good player or not.

The Mavs traded a top five player who is 24 years old. The bidding war they would’ve caused by putting him on the market. There’s no telling what they would’ve got. If you look at Miles Bridges, they got traded for six first round picks. Or what nets got for KD (miles bridges / cam Johnson and like 8 picks)

Easily could’ve got a player with potential to be better than AD moving forward plus a draft haul They could’ve flipped for another top player.

Instead, they chose an aging superstar that’s often injured and one draft pick and didn’t let anyone else give an offer. That’s like trading your brand new built house to your neighbor for his 20 year old house, because you like the landscaping better, Without getting an appraisal or putting it on the market.

It just doesn’t make sense. Could that have been the best offer for their team. Literally 0 chance

Dallas owns their own. Maybe NBA made them a deal. AD and Cooper Flagg to save LA

    Sengun is untouchable.

Maybe they would have accepted Jalen, Jabari and all the Phoenix picks. That would have been a better return than what they got.

The NBA IS rigged. There's so many better options then the Lakers! They could've gotten so many picks and young players. But they choose an injury prone Davis. LOL! Silver forced them to make this trade.

What in the mother**** is going on?! Clearly without looking into it, seems like the NBA wants Luka to carry the mantle for Los Angeles after LeBron.

Is this what Kobe and Luka discussed when Kobe made his last appearance at a Lakers game courtside?

If Anthony stays healthy, the Mavericks will be better this year. Irving and Davis is a better match than Irving and Doncic. It was still a completely ignorant trade and it hurts the Rockets both ways. Hopefully Luka is out the rest of the year or something like that.

I love sengun but there is a very tiny list of players that I would move him for and a 25 year old Doncic is on that list. That list may just be Shai, Luka, and Vic.

That's fair, and most GMs and probably Stone and Udoka would agree with you.

I should have phrased it "from my personal perspective, Sengun should be untouchable".
