Nothing worse than people with no air traffic control experience or military pilot experience to start throwing out their political and personal opinions before knowing all the facts. Stop blaming anyone you fools. Wait until all the facts come out. Even then, if you think the most qualified or highest IQ pilot or air traffic controllers can't make a mistake you are living in a fantasy world. It's an unfortunate reality of life. Tragic and sad as it is, you are never 100% safe, no matter who is behind the controls.
