1 tablespoon canola oil

2 each bear shanks (depending on the size, of course)
1 medium onion, cut into quarters
1 carrot, large chunks
1 rib celery, large chunks
2 bay leaves
5 cloves of garlic
1 cup white wine (optional)
Beef stock (pre made it fine)
Dash of salt

Game time is actually at 6:30pm. Go Rockets!

 

This is the start of our coming back down to Earth. It was awesome while it lasted. There's no way we beat this team FOUR TIMES this season. We lose this one and we start our slide. As with young teams, we have hot streak and some not so hot. We'll lose several games we're "supposed" to win, we'll eventually settle for 5th or 6th seed, still a successful season.

 

All Star reserves announced right before the game at 6am also

 

It's 8:30PM CT on TNT (after the Hawks Cavs games, which is at 6PM on TNT)

 

I hope the "national TV Rockets" don't show up again with a sub-par effort, especially since the Grizzlies will be out for blood to avoid a season sweep.

 

These guys again? It would be nice to sweep them, but the Rockets already clinched the season series and won the first 4 games of this brutal stretch. So there's no pressure in this one.
