Trumps USDOL/EEOC just announced that they will stop investigating any discrimination cases or racism cases with any federal money. It is literally legal now to not to give a federal contract cuz someone is a minority. His EEOC is going announce that they will stop investigating any private workplace discrimination cases either which means employers can now be racist at work with no help from the feds.

All reputable companies have a zero tolerance policy for racism or discrimination, especially against minorities, in the work place. HR will bounce someone quick for that. It’s like theft or violence.

In the workplace? I think a lot of it is. There are company policies in place to prevent discrimination. Instant termination in most cases.

 

Companies policies are in place cuz of federal rules mandating those policies in place. Are you this braindead? When a company DOES NOT have any policy protecting against discrimination it should be the job of the government to provide some sort of safety net.

Companies aren’t going to say “oh yeah let’s go back to discriminating against people”. Sorry you lost your victim card. If you’re stupid enough to be that worried about it, go work for a company run by women or minorities or homosexuals or trans people. HR lives for that cuz they dont want to deal with lawsuits. HR's entire job is to uphold the law so they can protect the firm. I use to own a medical supply company in Indiana and I knew tons of really racist doctors and professionals who if they had the choice would be extremely racist.
