Let's Just say hypothetically you're correct. You don't think 8 out of 9 games is good?

Yeah, I don't know if they're even willing to trade him, or what the cost might be if so. Maybe I'd do a farther out top 4-protected FRP (one of our own picks, not the Nets or Phoenix).

He needs to sit if he’s hurt. Why is the iron man label so important to him?

Had to "show ignored comments" to make sure you weren't talking about me.

I get that they are rounding it but it's still sad it's not really one.

I think both of Jalen Green's 8 game hot streaks were awesome.... and i hope he starts a new hot streak soon, the team is a lot better when he's good.

I'm just against being dishonest about what is going on.

Jalen's hot streak put him in the Jordan stratosphere which is insane.

A Sengun hot streak probably would put him in near Jokic territory. Good problem to have.

I think the point you're missing is it's not a STREAK. It's basketball, players go through ups and downs during the course of the season....no one is perfect all 82 games, neither is Alpi.

Remember, after Alpi got his Player of the Week Award, he fell off too. It happens.

No, Jalen didn't shoot well last night but he found other ways to help win.

This is where we will disagree. When sengun doesn't shoot well he's actually doing other things to help us win like getting rebounds setting up teammates drawing double teams etc. Jalen on the other hand when he doesn't score really doesn't contribute much in any way. He just becomes super passive and makes really dumb one handed passes that get deflected. And his defense also suffers because he's not as engaged. And that's why the criticism is so different between the two. Because Alpis bad games aren't even that bad he's probably still got 10 plus rebounds 5 plus assists and few blocks and steals. Jalen yesterday had 2 rebounds 5 asssits 3 tos and 0 stocks.

He made 1 great defensive play late in the game on Garland but his defense for the first three quarters was some of the worst I've seen from him this year.

The dude literally pumping up Reed Sheppard who has been 10x worse than Green all season long. Belittles Jalen's 10 game sample but ignores Sheppard hasnt even gotten a single great game sample in 30 games.

    He's a dishonest actor and a jater.

Not sure if you watch much Rockets basketball but when Alpi is having BAD GAMES, Ime usually sits him on the bench, because he is not doing those things you said he is doing; mainly, rebounding and playing defense. As bad as Jalen played on offense, he played ok on defense, which is why Ime left him in the game. And why Jalen made a defense steal at the end of the game.....did you see it?

However, Alpi tends to get disjointed when he isn't having a good game. HAVEN'T YOU SEEN THAT?

I strongly disagree with your assessment.

If you can't handle at his worst you don't deserve him at his best

That's only cuz of your bias from one player to another. Jalen sat plenty yesterday which is why he was a team worse -17. To put it into perspective last week sengun was a team worst -21 versus the kings but his game score was 22 which showed he actually played well. Jalen yesterday was a -17 and his game score was .3. Literally his second worst game of the season to say we won cuz of him was a joke. Stop watching his on ball defense and watch his team defense. The amount of guys he leaves wide open on missed rotations or guys who get rebounds cuz he isn't boxing out. Or when he doesn't communicate in transition and picks up the wrong dudes is what causes our defense to suffer. He gets benched just as much as sengun does.

he made 1 good defensive play late the game which I said in my post and you say he contributed.. Last week sengun made 5 straight defensive possessions by himself and you crucified him for his defense. Go figure.. nothing but a hater. Jalen can do no wrong in your eyes even when he's absolutely the worst player on the court which he was yesterday
