    Rockets played terrible. We should've won this by double digits. You can't give up 19 unanswered pts. Mostly on Ime not calling TO or making adjustments.

    I don’t think we can blame Udoka for the dumb foul, no coach would tell their player to purposely foul a three point shooter—especially not a great defensive coach like Ime.

    Tari just HAS to play smarter. I don’t think he’s a player with an overwhelming high basketball IQ. He just has a great feel for the game on defense and great energy (alongside awesome instincts) so he’s usually a positive on the court

    I don’t know why we haven’t figured it out by now. The Rockets can’t shoot so teams have played zone on them several times already. It does hurt not having Jabari because he can help bust the zone with his elbow jumper but the whole team have to practice it more.

    Craig’s free throw defense is actually elite…Garland is a 90% free throw shooter and went 3-8

    put him on the TV Announcer All-Defensive 1st Team

    Also it’s SO much more fun commenting on the game and feeling excited and hyped up instead of a close loss where we’d be mad at Tari, mad at Jalen, mad at the referees, etc.

    For everyone who’s getting ready for bed, it’s a good feeling to sleep with a Rockets win in your head. For everyone who’s at work, work suddenly gets less annoying when you get to shoot the **** with your forum buddies after a big win!

    Amen was a beast defensively tonight, he was shutting down DG and Mitchel everytime he switched onto them including the last play.

    How many people genuinely saw that stretch he just had coming?

    Jalen just gave us 3 weeks of aged wagyu beef cooked by the finest chef in all the land…I’m not going back to mayo and bologna sandwiches

    For me it’s just that I’m so used to getting the short end of the stick from the basketball gods/getting shafted by calls that when we actually have fortune turn in our favor, it feels inconceivable

    Mayo and bologna is palatable, at least…today be served up a sandwich with just bread and cucumbers. I hope he gets back to being January Jalen next game
