There should be a death penalty
Moses would have burnt this dude with the arc of the covenant.

Israel needs to implement that , for sure . They are wasting resources on keeping them alive .

can you step back and objectively look at why you live a sad existence doing what it is you are doing here, and projecting isn't going to address your deep seated issues?

Look at you right now, your emotional, labile and invested in attacking anyone that thinks biden is a diaper dummy or apparently the affairs of a country you denounced openly not too long ago?

Like I said, I feel bad for you dude.

The implication seems to be the rights to free speech provided by the Constitution only really applies to "our Citizens".

    Not good.

Because, per American tradition, "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" is considered an inalienable right, so why should the freedom to express one's views be contingent on whether one is deemed a real American or not? And how is it decided whether someone is "supporting" a terrorist by expressing a political opinion? Such a policy is ripe for abuse by authoritarians. Another reason why we should be extremely cautious in curtailing free speech. Seems pretty ironic to me that this comes up in an Executive Order that is ostensibly intended to protect free speech and American culture.

People on a visa (like me) do not have the same free speech rights as American citizens..

Saying "globalize the intifada" is endorsement of terrorist activity, and an attempt at persuasion of others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity. It also means supporting a terrorist organization (Hamas). Same with chanting "we are Hamas", waving Hamas and Hezbollah flags.

This is happening now, and that is a GOOD thing.

If you are a guest in any country and you promote terrorism, GTFO.

    Also, "inadmissible" also means "deportable".

AOC supports and celebrates these terrorist supporters, but projects and gaslights by lying about Elon Musk doing a Hitler salute. She thereby supports Hamas and shows her antisemitism.

President Trump is restoring sanity by kicking the terrorist supporters on visa out of the country, where legally possible.

And this executive order seeks to legitimate you having less free speech rights than me. My issue with it is that it is ripe for abuse. Political views can be nuanced, but ideologues with an axe to grind are generally eager to ignore that and label people a "terrorist", a "Nazi", a "communist", etc.

"ripe for abuse" is a vague concept

It is very specific: Supporting terrorism is what I am not allowed to do, without endangering my visa. That is not "abuse".

You can call me an idiot, and I could still call you an idiot, without losing my visa ;). (I think you are ok and not an idiot.)

But in what way am I allowed to support terrorism and you are not? When is it OK for me, but something you can be deported for?

If you say "Kill all Jews" or "Globalize the intifada" or "All glory to Hamas" (same applies to any other designated terrorist organization), it's protected free speech. You are a US citizen, so you can't be deported.

I could also say it, but it would potentially impact my visa status. Since I am not a US citizen, I can be deported.

And I think that's totally right.

I'm not a citizen, so there are several areas where I don't have the same rights as you. That's perfectly fine.

Nah if non citizens are flooding out in streets to protest or cheer acts of violence or martyrdom, I want them to be shipped out to shitsville pronto.

We can sugar coat everything with values but they are held less accountable to citizens and should be considered free riders in the process at best.

Our botched wars at exporting our values should be a key lesson that not everyone wants to nor aspire to live with those "universal principles."

And in the worse cases, there are both citizens and non citizens who use those liberal principles to justify harm and oppression upon others like their wives, daughters and other women.

Only a fool would defend the right to practice that garbage in the "Freest Country in the World", but we have politicians who would pay great lip service and look the other way than doing what's necessary for individual peace and safety.
