Elon's silicon valley wing is much different than the America first camp. It goes beyond H1B visas and extends to tariff policy and tech controls (Nvidia vocally opposes). I think Trump will rollback some China restrictions by dumping on the previous admin, even though Biden extended his policies. It's politically expedient that way. It doesn't ruin his honeymoon with Elon before everyone questions his lame duck powers. Elon has a lot to lose from a trade war with China so it's up to them to make a consistent policy that pleases everyone or one that works.

No I’m referencing Kamala’s comparison solute (Os thinks it leaves a mark) Do you have a video of her coming to that hand position by throwing her hand off her chest, because that’s half the solute and is what makes what Elon’s doing so similar, in my eyes I watched the Elon vids, the one motion in question does look pretty close. Like I said earlier, there is a difference in the hand being flat vs vertical though so not exactly the same. Just really similar looking.
