Clock doesn't stop on out of bounds plays with more than 5 minutes left. It's been that way for at least a few years now.

Bills got too cute and it may open the door for the Ravens. Should have done two-straight tush-pushes for a guaranteed TD and the win. If they lose, Sean McDermott will get hammered forever for going shotgun on 3rd down and being forced to settle for the FG.
