Still have not taken that Psych 101 course I see. Well, if you went to college, in Psych 101, your frosh year, you would have learned about projecting or projection. This is when a person unconsciously takes things they don't like about their life, or are embarrassed about and attributes them to someone else. When you do this, like you did above, you are really talking about yourself. Good news is, there is help out there for you. You just need to reach out and get the help you so desperately need.
