Nix is one of those rare figures that united this Rockets fan site. He is totally uncontroversial. Legendary. It's almost like getting Hakeem back to the Rockets roster.
Does this speak to depth concerns at PG for Houston that Nix is back in our system? That would be an interesting tell if true -especially if Fred is actively being shopped. I’m not a fan of him, but he has played some productive minutes in Minni earlier in the year - you hope you don’t need him, but you could do far worse as a 3rd string PG.
Fans will make internet comments on his weight, until he had enough, then passively agressively post stuff on social media. The cycle continues. That said, not a fan of him returning to the Vipers. The relationship ran its course.
Reed is shooting the ball very well, but his defense is still poor. Players are blowing by him with ease for layups.
