there's a reason why Sengun is a matador on defense on certain possessions. playing without fouling. he's not known around the league for defensive jugganaut so the refs will blow whistles on ticky tacky fouls. ever since his rookie days, he's still playing defense without being called for these touch fouls. compare sengun to draymond green where green is allow to to whatever he wants, of course green will play better defense. Sengun can play defense just fine if the refs allow him to play defense.

Man, the refs activated the Tim Donaghy strategy. Those two fouls against Brooks not only gave Sacramento points, but it removed two Rockets possessions too -- easily a 6-point swing in a close game. Besides that, Green continues to SHINE (efficiency and clutch) -- plus it was great having an Eason sighting. Valiant effort on a 2nb2b, and without Freddy V Rockets still sitting #2 the West

Isn't it funny how the officials are never mentioned after a game the Rockets win. But the officials are always brought up after a loss. Used as an excuse for the Rockets losing. The copium here is real.

It’s a great thing we’re bringing up the refs ….means we’re back to being competitive again. Refs were never brought up during the Silas years . We likely win that game if the ref doesn’t make that ridiculously fixed phantom call after he sees Brooks get the steal. League should investigate a few of these refs, but won’t because it would damage their reputation if the truth came out.

Game boiled down to free throws. If we make a couple more that changes the game theory and we may not need a 3 to tie at the end. That aspect will become hyper exposed during the playoffs if it continues to be an issue. We are 27th in FT%.
Defense really wasn't there. Kings just getting their shots off and burying them. Jalen and Amen quite the guard duo. DB shot us out of the game and got that extremely soft foul/steal call at the end. Tari was there but not really. Miss U Jabari. Why is Jeff Green playing 20+ when he's got about 5-8 in the tank? Where's Tate? Reed for that matter? I'd rather see him clapping cheeks in the GL than clapping hands on the sideline with zero minutes. I hate the Kings man. Enjoy your scheduled victory.
