Then why the **** did you even mention SGA if you don't think Green has the potential to be as good as him? Do you even know what you're arguing here?
Just goes to show you that not everyone is a hater lol. A month ago if we had a chance for Booker for Jalen swap I’d say hell yea. Right now though, hell no lol. Need to ride this out and see how the rest of the year goes. If this is anything close to what real Jalen is then he’s obviously a keeper.
We don't need Booker anymore because our biggest problem right now is PG, a problem we've been using FVV as a band aid fix.
Tbh the "new" FVV has been good enough. We have been rolling with him lately. Just focusing on defense, hitting clutch shots and distributing FVV has been pretty good since 2025 as well.
majority of the board voted no to Booker because of how terrible booker is at this point in time not because how jalen great is at this point in time but fanboys got too excited so they comparing JG to SGA now or JG is the best player in the league right now WTF
Good to see the class understand R.O.I. There are a few guys in the NBA that are worth 50Ms+ per season ----- Devin Booker is not one of those guys.
... Are there any other crazy faces I can make... look I bleed Rockets Red and I like Jalen... but... he is not better than SGA. Does he have the potential to be... maybe, but Shai is playing some of the best ball I've seen from a guard in a minute. Let's pump the brakes for a sec, please. Jalen is playing well and I see things that make me feel like his efficiency is sustainable, but he is not better than SGA this season.
I'm leaving that decision ENTIRELY up to Udoka. If he sees Booker as an upgrade, I see Booker as an upgrade. I usually would never say that about anyone, but what Udoka has done to turn this team around in just 1-1/4 years I would agree with pretty much whatever he recommends.
Ask me this a month ago and I would've said "probably, but I'd wait until the upcoming offseason due to his contract status". Now though? If JG keeps playing like he has for the past month, it's a hard "no".
