I'll go on record and say this is a terrible deal. This sends a message to the world that taking hostages is an effective military strategy, and this will encourage more terrorists to take more hostages in the future. Also... Israel is capitulating WAY too much in this deal. Also also... Hamas has proven themselves to be completely untrustworthy. It's only a matter of time before they renege on this deal. If I were Israel, I would not stop until Hamas was completely destroyed and a peaceful government (Muslim, Jewish, or both) was given control over Gaza.
It's an easy win to claim but..... fighting will break out soon again. Israel isn't just going to stop expanding their territory but regroup. The other side will regroup as well.

It's a ceasefire, I'm sure it will be broken but at least some of the hostages will be back. I would chop up Gaza into segments so they can manage and monitor any future terrorist activities. But I think they already doing this.
They didn’t really want Hamas overthrown. They need someone to be in conflict with. They did manage to kill a bunch of Arabs though and leveled Gaza so it will be easier to ultimately turn into high level real estate for the Jews.
