Early forecast for Kansas City Saturday.

Light 10% precipitation in the morning. Temperature at kickoff 27 Degrees falling to 24 degrees by games end. It's about as good as we could expect this time of the year.

I do think playing 11 on 18 is a disadvantage, but it might still be better than Playing Baltimore or Buffalo in the winter.

I love Maholmes, the Whitehouse Wonder. The QB from Whitehouse, TEXAS. I joke with my cousin that they should just rename Whitehouse, Maholmes, Texas.

But I do think the Houston Texans will beat the Dallas Texans masquerading as the Chiefs for the last 64 years.

    Things to remember:

The Texans were in a 3 games in 10 days vs Miami, Kansas City and Baltimore stretch and we won the first game and just scored a TD with the expectation of a tie when Tank was injured. The momentum loss was immediate and lasting as the extra point was shanked by Ka'imi.

Al-Shaair was suspended for all three games. Harris was still out too.

Yes, there are no excuses, but they did impact the competitiveness of the Texans vs KC in week 16.

We've had some stinkers this year. Jets and Titans are this years Panthers and Jets. It's crazy that we lost to the worst team in Football in back t back 10-7 seasons.

Man, what a game, needless to say it was the most exciting game of the season, the D was just filthy and after the botched snap the offense came alive and CJ running was a bonus, he saved the day with that 27 yard run. Living in the moment, this game was better than the Browns win last year, no one thought we could win (hell, even me at times) and the D was not going to be denied. "IF", we play like that we have a dam good chance of winning in KC, is this the real CJ and can he start the game in this mode and not wait for some mistake to fire him up? Hell, we get another week of football so I am pumped for that. Coming into the game I had us in a tier below the big boys like Buffalo, Baltimore, Detroit and KC.......BUT, I think we have a legit chance on Sat IF we play the same way...........................so proud of these guys

The quick throws we started seeing from Stroud in the second half were a good sign. Diontae Johnson is well-suited for such an attack. I hope he is incorporated more next week

I don't know if it's injury or coaching, but he lacks the bounce in his step he had last year. That bounce let him have great footwork and accuracy with a quick release. He also moved the pocket more. But I'm seeing more movement since the Titans game.

I haven't needed a reason to root against the Packers since they beat the Cowboys in consecutive games on the last play in the NFL Championship games before the first two super-bowls.

Good that there is local radio. Got tired of them saying, "How do you lose to an awful team." "There is no atmosphere for football in Houston. It was dead." Those guys just watched the first quarter. You know it's loud when the feed starts shaking, it did that during the Extra pt block.

Only issue i see with the chiefs is that we suck against teams with a mobile QB like mchomes and Lamar...If we can stop them running, we might have a chance.

We turned it around late last time vs the chiefs. We got off to a slow start similar to the chargers game. If we do that vs the chiefs we lose but if they come out like the 2nd half Texans…KC will be headed to Cancun lol

We cannot get off to a slow start against KC, you have to assume with the scripted first 10-15 plays, they will go down and score on there first possession, we have to match them and not get them to a 2 score game right off the bat. We have to come with it on the first play of the game and not wait until the second quarter................"IF" we play smart, we have a shot against them...................which Texans team and more importantly, which CJ Stroud shows up will be a huge factor
