Copenhagen is like one giant college town, and I'm not talking about a party city like ASU. It's literally one of the seats of academics in all of Western Europe. Many people there are students; there's tons of museums and historic buildings, and something like 40% of the city commutes by bicycle. The city itself is designed for biking with huge zones of separation between bicyclists and automobiles. Were bigtexxx to be driving in Copenhagen, he'd probably be the kind of guy to cuss out all those people and intimidate them by driving closer than necessary.

I do agree with bigtexxx that Copenhagen is a sleepy sort of place. They have some amazing breweries there (I'm thinking more of Mikkeller than Carlsberg, but both are there), but the club scene pales in comparison to the other European cities.

The cost of living is high. As in, 2x the price of Houston for all commodities be it a cup of coffee or a subway ticket. But hell, there's nothing like waking up early on a chilly Copenhagen morning and having a coffee to the rising sun. Maybe tea in a sleepy Tokyo (you'll have to get up earlier in Japan since the sun rises at like 5:30 by springtime).

I would definitely say Copenhagen is one of the happiest cities on earth. There's not a single slum accessible by public transportation; there's this hippy village that you have to drive to that has burning trashcans and the like, but that's it. Everywhere else you have a general feeling of contentment. Honestly I prefer more chaos; Berlin is by far a city closer to my heart for this reason. Either way though, there is this aged, post-war feel to the Anglo-Saxon countries of Western Europe. Things are calmer, more in balance than other parts of the world.

It was happier before mass Muslim immigration. @astros123 made it less happy by moving there also.

Denmark is still rated as one of the happiest countries in the world right now. Have you ever thought maybe locals aren't bigots?

Usa homicide rate is 5x that of Denmark
Usa rape rate is 4x that of Denmark
Gun violence in usa is 7x worst than it is in Denmark

Like i don't get it? what point are you trying to make? Denmark is a very safe country and locals are very happy

Do you really think he cares what you say about the locals you know who are happy there? Do you think he cares if it's a safer country to live? He hates Muslims, and finds happiness spending hours a day searching the Internet and social media for posts to share about Muslims hurting, raping or killing people. Imagine if he tried doing that for every rape, murder, or pedo father molesting their kids every minute of the day in our country. Imagine if he tried searching for all the thousands of parents abusing their kids at home on top of that. That's not as fun as finding posts on social media to share from someone who hates Muslims like him.

Doesn't change the fact of what I said. Did your German ancestors celebrate burning Jews and their children? Do any of your right wing hate group friends celebrate beating gays or black people?

I honestly think he has childhood trauma or something. Ive never seen someone hate Muslims so much on a message board. Its quite alarming honestly. He blames Muslims for everything

I apologize for saying that. I really do feel bad for even saying that. As bad as I wanted to make you see what it feels like to be stereotyped for ethnicity, skin color, or race it felt terrible trying to prove my point by throwing that type grouping racism back at you.

I don't believe in stereotyping people that way. I'm smart enough to know not all white people are KKK, not all Mexicans or people from Honduras are cartel, gang bangers, rapists, and drug dealers, or that all people following a specific party, religion, or such are alike. I know many Catholics are also gang bangers, and that not everyone in any religious group are the same. Some are evil and some aren't, be it Baptists, Methodists, Mormons, or anyone else.

I also know that your culture or ethnicity, your income, or your profession doesn't determine if you are good or evil. I also know that good people can be forced to do terrible things, and leaders of countries can kill them if they don't follow their orders. I'm also smart enough to understand that that spewing propaganda and lies repeated over and over can brainwash vulnerable people.

So, no, I don't really believe in stereotyping anyone. I know everyone is different, even if they have the same skin color, go to the same church, or were born in the same country. I only said that to let you see how that might feel to someone else. It was wrong though, and I apologize. I don't really feel that way. I don't know you at all as a person, other than the fact that you seem to hate all Muslims.

Thanks for the rest of the post - this part is incorrect.

Opposing National Socialism as a hateful, supremacist ideology was the right thing to do - it didn't mean "hating all Germans".

Opposing political Islam as a hateful, supremacist ideology is the right thing to do. It doesn't mean "hating all Muslims".

So you do believe many Muslims are good loving people? You do believe hate groups are toxic minded people? Do you believe in separation of church and state?

I lived there from 2000 to 2002/2003, yes. You would be able to find it in my post history from back then (if you had contributed to the site).

Sure bud I bet you saw it. Wasn’t it Trump that lies and said he saw it as well. You’re a liar.
