He needs to follow in Tee Higgins footsteps and dump Mulugheta.

Agree. Mulghata is terrible. That Watson contract made him toxic to owners. Now they have to overpay

That said, Stingley has earned a big deal

If they have to cut Howard to make cap space for Stingley they should do it.

100% agree. Shutdown corners are hard to come by.

Sting should be a lifelong Texan. Nico, Tunsil, Stroud, WAJ, and Sting are the five guys you pay top dollar to keep.

Yeah, I'm trying to think of another one...maybe Lassiter and Bullock play their way into the conversation?

I think 5 is roughly the max. I don’t think we can afford to resign Hunter once WAJ and Stroud get theirs.

Nah, gotta draft a replacement for Hunter in the next couple of years.

I just like the idea of having a strong secondary for a while so I threw out those 2.

It's pretty sad that the only OL we've mentioned is 30+ years old.

Oh look the Chiefs have two all Pro IOL. I wondered how they are so good.

Kyle Hamilton is an All Pro safety?? What a shock, bet Nick never saw that coming when he drafted the worst IOL in football ahead of him.

Nick traded down and Hamilton was picked before Green irrc. I wanted Jordan Davis, who would have been another good pick.

What's your point? Everybody misses on picks occasionally. Caserio has done a great job in the draft.

Point is passing on Hamilton for Green was inexcusable. Hamilton was considered an elite prospect and Green was a massive reach and a G in the top half of the first?!

Yeah GMs miss on picks. If we would have had #1 Nick would have likely taken Young over Stroud. That’s an understandable miss.

Like Drew, Turckan and Dickerson over Rashard Lewis. Some decisions are so damn stupid the GMs have no right to be forgiven for them.

What if they had picked Jordan Davis? There was a huge need for IOL, IDL. It's not as if Green didn't come with accolades, he was 3 time all SEC and Caserio prefers SEC guys, a strategy that brought Stingley over Sauce etc... Caserio has done a really good job rebuilding this team in 3 years. Look at teams like the Browns, Jags, Bears etc...

Also, while I'm glad Caserio picked CJ the gap isn't as wide as I thought it would be between Young and CJ.

I wanted to break the bank for Chris Jones for a reason. He would have strengthened our defense while also severely weakening the Chiefs defense (double benefit)

Yeah... that one really hurt... esp. how bad & injured the other K Green has been.

I think Nick has done ok with secondary picks... but Sting, Lassiter, Pitre (run downs only), Ballhawk, & Hamilton could have been one of the best of all-time...

The Bayou Ballhawks! Second(ary) to None!

Edit: still got a chance this year tho!
