Jalen isn't a player you should ever look at specific windows one way or another. Hell you can't even judge him quarter to quarter. He really is unusual in that way. You just have to look at the whole body of work and not try to overanalyze. His efficiency over time looks like the Richter scale during the Northridge quake.

I do think Ime's adjustment to having FVV off the ball has unchained Jalen to a certain extent. With Amen in the lineup, he is no longer the only perimeter player that can get to the rim. If they load up on him, Amen will punish them and FVV, even though he has been off, is a better spot up shooter that will keep defenses honest. Jalen will still have his share of poor shooting nights, but I don't think it is entirely about playing bad teams. BTG is going to have an aneurism, but I don't think the Rockets have any intention of trading Jalen now or in the off-season. Fact is, all our main guys are 23 or less and we have no reason to be in a hurry.
